Two fan fics in one day? WHAT IS THIS?! Anyway this will be completely different from Shadow Assassin but still if you don't like violent stories (in which I'm famous for) turn away A man by the name of David sat at home alone one winter's eve. He thought to himself "What would it be like if I could enter my own sub-conscious?" About a minute later, he heard a knocking on the door. David looked out the window and saw a man dressed in black in front of his door. David slowly opened the door and asked "May I help you?" "You're in luck boy!" said the man in black. He held up a music box. "This particular box is no ordinary item: it's magical! Just turn the handle thrice and it will grant you a single wish! All I am asking for it is one dollar." David was astounded at first but then thought "What if this is just a scam? Couldn't do much harm though, it's only a dollar." David bought the music box from the man and right before his eyes, the man disappeared. David just figured that his eyes were playing tricks on him. He took the music box into his room and made a wish. He wished that he could enter his own mind. As he twisted the handle, the music box jerked and glew a bright red just before dissapearing in thin air. "Worst dollar I ever spent..." said David alloud. (Comment for MOAR) DavidPinson©
David, angry about the music box, decided that he would just take a nap. During that nap, he was awoken by a scream that sounded like it was coming from outside. He put on his jacket and grabbed his pocket knife to see what was going on. He quickly opened the front door and looked outside. Strange enough, all of the snow was gone. In fact, everything was gone. There were no grass, no tress, no sky, nothing. Everything was dark. He was speechless...he didn't know what to do. He searched the house for a flashlight. Luckily, he had one in his room. He shined the light outside but the light didn't seem to do anything. It was still completely dark except for the lights in his home. "Ok" he thought "I'm dreaming right now. I have to be. Maybe if I go into the bathroom and splash some water in my face, this'll all be over." He walked across the hall into the bathroom and saw a dark figure on the floor. Hesitantly, (I probably spelled that wrong) he flicked on the light to see sonething horrifying.
The carcass of a horse was sprawled on the floor. It's decaying skin made the room smell awful. David almost wretched at the very sight and smell. He noticed something inside of the carcass: a small piece of paper. David wanted to see what was on the paper but of course he wasn't even going near that thing unless he found a pair of gloves or grabbing tool. He searched the house but it was to no avail. There wasn't a single pair of gloves to be found. Then he looked over into the kitchen and saw a shadow of what seemed to be a man. He slowly walked toward the kitchen and saw a man sitting in a corner. "Who are you?" asked David. "I am nobody: who are you? Are you nobody too?" said the man with a frown. David was confused at first but then noticed something: the man looked exactly like him. The man slowly faded into the ground. David couldn't understand what was going on...was he REALLY in his sub-conscious?
