  16. Your reason to reset was "no one would help me because my hire value was too high and I also upgraded wrong." After you get vollied, getting hired is only a fraction of what your income will be so the fact that your hire value was high shouldn't have mattered. If you upgraded incorrectly then you should be able to to join a club that will help you and tell you which crew you need to evict or replace. If not you could have asked on forums. It's an easy fix. Now you ask to get vollied to 5b and say you will reset otherwise. This gives people no reason to volley you. Especially given that you just reset makes volleying you not worth it.
