A good strategy if your new and want to go strength

  1. First you have to buy 1 land then hire the party guy start doing quests ,then upgrade to level 4 keep doing this until you have 7 dorms

    Second make 225,000 then evict 1 of your party guys then hire muscles mcflaunty ,make money then upgrade to level 4 keep doing this until you have all the dorms you have with muscles mcflaunty all level 4


    Third buy another dorm then do the same thing as step 2


    Fourth keep doing the same thing as step 3
