  5. Well to buy him u need 425million and to sell him you'll get 425mil plus a couple of millions he might get sold if he has good stats and is active

  8. @thekingof2011 did u actually read the question? Ktm asked if an inactive 5.9k cs tutor can be sold at 425mil, not 'what is an inactive' or 'how much u need to buy a 425mil tutor' 

  9. King. Trust me. I know. The question is, WILL anyone buy. 5.9k is usually worth 500-600m if active. But what is he worth inactive?

    If inactive no one will buy him at 425m unless for war, if active then that's a fast sell
