Why is it that people always feel that the magic solution to everything is to claim it is against the TOU While announcing players as 'open' in wc is forbidden, CC is unregulated, and obviously clubs are allowed to have club targets. The people who claim that that is against the TOU, also probably feel that hitting someone more than 3x per 24h is also a TOU violation
Also Quagz, while your intention was to drum up sympathy, I think you've just announced to the entire pimd community that you are now an easy target, and that even players 1/2 your stats can probably make some easy money by farming you

Isn't asking others to farm someone considered harassment therefore against the tou? Same reason y we can't share inactives and stuff in public?
Idk, I feel that it's a fighting game, so you're gonna get hit. If you have a problem, you should be in a good club that'll protect you (provided you didn't start it). Buy pots, keep your cash protected one way or another. If you're in the wrong, admit it and apologize. If it's a misunderstanding, try to talk it through personally, bringing it to the public (wc or forums) is just gonna make it worse. I mean, really now.
