In my opinion, I think that a lot of the people that get silenced on pimd are noobs. They don't know to read the ToU so they go out and do something stupid and get silenced for it. Most players on this game start off with a volley from the experienced players of the game. Surely these players know the rules and have time to recite them at the end of the upgrade. For example: When I finish volleying someone and they thank me for it, I take the time to look out for them and explain the rules of pimd. I usually do this because I don't want them to run into trouble with the RAs as soon as I've finished upgrading them. I'm sure party in my dorm will be at least a little bit cleaner of pervs and rule-breakers if we would all take the time to explain the rules to our dearly beloved noobs. And even if you don't have time at the end of the volley to explain them, at least send them in the right direction to the Terms Of Use. Just a suggestion.
When I'm finish with a newb I have such a huge headache, I don't even have the patience to also explain the rules ི
I'm doing it so I don't forget to do it later. And I actually think this would work so I desperately would like people to try it.
