I think people should have to get to a certain stat point before they can get vollied. I'm tired of spending 500k on tutors with below 100 combined stats.
A lot of top 50 are tutor Maxed or close to it. And hire/volley requests get ANNOYING! Make friends/learn the game. Your time will come when you're ready.
