Cool, now fix the ridiculous silencing policies. If double entendre can be used on igns, they shouldn’t be silenceable in general chat. Get a leash on these mods, the silences are crazy.
To be clear, I am talking about players who are intending to impersonate other groups. As you are aware there are many "family" or farming "tags" in this game, such as KY4F, _-A-_ etc... Long ago, if a player was impersonating those, support would intervene and force a name change. They stopped doing this. Is impersonating a player/ community formed group now prohibited?
If you are banned you cannot appeal through forums, if you’re requesting a name change you can ask via a help ticket
username (Anirban) This was the message on the 4th appeal that give me the details of why my account was banned I am contacting you regarding the permanent ban on my account, which occurred on Monday. I have already submitted three appeals through the Help Center. Unfortunately, I have not received any explanation or specific information regarding what action, activity, or violation resulted in my account being banned. My first appeal received the following response: “Due to the severity of your offence, your expelled account will have no chance of being appealed at this time. Your account will remain banned.” I submitted another appeal only because I had not been provided with any details about the alleged offence. I was then warned that any further tickets would be considered spam and could result in my Help access being removed. My third appeal subsequently received the same automated response as the first. I want to be very clear about what I am asking for: I am not asking you to remove the ban or overturn the decision. I am simply asking you to tell me what I did that resulted in this ban. This was a semi-active account with very little social or public interaction. I primarily used the account to participate in parties and collect Lite Boxes. Because of that, I genuinely have no idea what activity could have been considered severe enough to result in a permanent ban. I have invested a significant amount of time into this account, which is why being banned without being given any identifiable reason is extremely frustrating. From my perspective, I am being penalized for something I cannot even identify or understand, while being given no meaningful opportunity to determine what happened. I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for basic clarification: (1/2)
username (Anirban ) no club What specific rule or policy did my account allegedly violate? 2) What activity or action triggered the ban? 3) If possible, when did the alleged violation occur? If there is a legitimate reason for the ban, I will respect the decision even if I disagree with it. What I find difficult to accept is being told that the offence was "severe" without being given any information that allows me to understand what I supposedly did wrong.
-edited my reply after seeing the above- If you have already received a reply through a help ticket you won’t get any more information through the forums. They explained that your account will remain banned based on your post above this one and that is all, there is no further appeal, they have made their decision. Posting on the forums will not help your situation in any way
