UPDATE The Great Dorm Tower Update

I think you are in the last batch. Also if you have t14 base than all of them going to be converted to t10 base and your stats will drop to 820 mcs. I hope you have 6Q stashed somewhere to go back to your original stats. 🌚

 

By the time the update comes, PIMD can still sustain?

 

finally someone is smart enough to do basic math. unlike most of people who cant even do basic math here. its all simple math yet they dont understand it lol. but this is good thing for ATA that few people understand so they can proceed with bleeding us old players just to keep our original stat

 

If they just acknowledge the mistake/miscalculation on their part and a confirmation about working out a solution will actually help restore our faith in developers.
Right now their is a huge trust deficit in this game to spend our money on it.

 

So people without the new dorm update (ie. the big guys who haven’t gotten their stats decreased yet) get a CP to use for October promo? Whereas us mid-sized stats with the stat decrease and crappy refunds don’t get one?

I can’t even get back to my original stats with the refund I got after dropping 100mcs, and I don’t get a cp??

So let me get this straight. You slash my stats by 100mcs, slash the cash by over half that I get from ads and spinners, slash the refund I’m supposed to get by giving me expensive t10s, and I don’t get a cp? Wack.

 

With the rebalance dorm tower is someone supposed to be at 1BCS once updated applied to them (without upgrading tiers within the first 4 minutes of receiving the update ) ?

 

Kindly, Look into our Concerns regarding the T14 to T10 conversion as well.

A conversion that:
1) Drops our Stats significantly.
2) We don't get Enough Refund.
3)Locks us into only one way to upgrade (T10 levelling up to T11)

If the conversion is T14 to T9s:
1)Minimal difference in Stats as compared to T14 --> T10
2)Major Refunds, More than 3x as compared to T14 --> T10
3) More Freedom/choices to Upgrade
(Using the refunds to Upgrade and Having a mix of T9L4 + T10s/T11s will give us better stats using available Refund resources than having straight 98 T10s)
4)This new dorm tower update won't feel like our hard earned Cash, we put into upgrading, was Wasted when the dorm tower update happened.

We understand the End game difficulty level of this game has just increased with the introduction of this new dorm tower and we would need to invest more cash into upgrading just to get back To our old stats..
But that doesn't mean the cash we already had spent on upgrading should go to waste.

How our cash is being wasted in T10?
Because we didn't chose it, you forced it upon us and we'll be upgrading to T11 anyways.
When u upgrade from a lower tier to higher tier, You lose 80% of cash invested in that tier and can only take 20% into the next one.
T14 = 41.18T ; T10 = 31.9T
T14 --> T10 Refund = 9.3T
Cash recoverable from T10L0 = 31.9/5= 6.38T
Cash Lost because of T10 when going for higher tier T11 = 31.9-6.38 = 25.52T

Out of 41.2T spent on a T14, we are only able to recover 9.3+6.38 = 15.68T and losing 25.52T on a T10.

That would be so unfair.
Focus should be put on giving players maximum refund, which can only be done by Converting T14 into a more lower Tier like T9.
Don't let us down like that. Ty

 

I think the best and easiest way to fix t10 problem would be to give players the option to have their t10 removed for refund of what money they did cost.
That way everybody could chose on their own if they want to spend on t8, t9 or as part of payment for t14.

 

The easiest way is give t10 full replacement value to t11 not 1/5 th of what it cost. Like cost is arounf 31.xx T give us that full value and give us sinngle promo and we'll replace happily them with t11. In case you cant give the full value to infinite time to all that i understand then this full valued applied for those t10s that you force us to have only. That way all will be happy. As even new system implemented earlier we have to spend that 69T in case full cash replacement value of t10 won't be loss for us only stat loss.

 

I’m not asking you to give Level 1 LCBC any advantage with this new dorm tower, but you absolutely shouldn’t put us at a disadvantage either. We expect the new tower to be fair and balanced for everyone.

• Cost per roommate: 8.854T
• Stats per roommate: 7.838 MCS
• 98 × 7.838 MCS: 768.124 MCS total
• Total cost: 98 × 8.854T = 867.692T
• T14 value returned: 98 × 41.2T = 4,037.6T
• Refund: 4,037.6T − 867.692T = 3,169.908T

Refund if T9 3★: 3,169.908T

T10 — 0★

• Cost per roommate: 31.9T
• Stats per roommate: 8.348 MCS
• 98 × 8.348 MCS: 818.104 MCS total
• Total cost: 98 × 31.9T = 3,126.2T
• T14 value returned: 98 × 41.2T = 4,037.6T
• Refund: 4,037.6T − 3,126.2T = 911.4T

Refund if T10 0★: 911.4T

Difference

• Additional stats from T10: 818.104 − 768.124 = 49.980 MCS
• Additional cost: 3,126.2T − 867.692T = 2,258.508T
• Refund difference: 3,169.908T − 911.4T = 2,258.508T

This is exactly what all the big players are worried about. The additional ~50 MCS from forcing T10s isn’t going to make any meaningful difference, while the massive reduction in the refund leaves us with little to no chance of recovering the lost stats or retaining the tutors we have already invested in.

If T10s are forced on us, we lose on both fronts. We lose a huge amount of refund value, and we lose the tutors we invested in, while gaining only around 50 MCS in return over T9 3*.

That’s not a fair trade-off, and it shouldn’t be forced on the players who have invested the most into their accounts.

 

The more they drag this the more i believe that this is intentional for making everyone who went for t14 to spend twice..

I can’t imagine ATA didn’t workout this calculations.

 

ATA this serious concern Parties going very fast with dormmate updates .Please look into introducing new parties

 

yes this is an option too but hell yeah how can ata force people spend more money if they do so. they just ignore all posts about t14 replaced to t10

 

Im 154mcs (growing) I’ve been seeing 17b but most of late it’s 19b-22b

 

My pet capsules haven’t changed, I just am complaining about LTE and timer boxes for furniture as I collect
