A Note from ATA We’ve been reading through feedback since the recent policy update, and one thing came through clearly: the update was stricter than we intended when it came to usernames, club names, and club tags. That level of restriction wasn't our intent. We've created this new Username and Club Name Policy to establish balanced middle ground. While public messages require strict context moderations under our overall Silencing Policy, player-created names operate under tailored rules designed to encourage player creativity, identity, and humor without compromising safety. We understand that some names may fall into a grey area between allowed and not allowed. Because no policy can account for every possible name or context, our team reserves the right to review these cases individually and make the final call. If you’re unsure about a name, or would like clarification about a moderation decision, you can contact Support through an in-game help ticket. Below is the complete breakdown of allowed and prohibited content across all player-created identifiers/usernames. This policy applies to all public and semi-public player-created text identifiers across our games, including: Usernames / In-Game Names (IGNs) Club Names Family Names and Player Tags Pet Names Any other player-created names or labels visible in public areas PLEASE NOTE If you were previously renamed or are currently silenced based on the rules before these policy changes, please send in a support ticket to reinstate your previous name or to have your silence reviewed. Tickets will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Policy 1. Harassment, Targeting & Impersonation Names intended to harass, threaten, call out, or impersonate specific individuals or groups are strictly prohibited. Allowed: Broadly competitive, self-deprecating, or general gaming tropes. Fantasy, Humor & Non-Targeted Violence Mild, non-targeted references to fantasy, cartoonish, or clearly comedic violence are allowed. Allowed: Non-specific, clearly fictional, or comedic violent references (generic uses of "You" or "Your" are allowed). Discrimination, Hate Speech & Protected Characteristics We maintain zero tolerance for names that attack, demean, or target groups based on protected characteristics (race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or disability). Allowed: Cultural or identity pride, fictional factions, and generalized group names that do not target or demean others. Examples: ProudLatina LGBTQ_Alliance ElvenKingdom AtheistSquad Not Allowed: Hate speech, slurs, dog whistles, or targeted violence against protected groups. Examples: MurderAllAtheists TheAtheistsShouldDie or any variations incorporating racial, religious, or anti-LGBTQ+ slurs/imagery. 4. Sexual Content, Erotica & Explicit Material Names with sexual context, explicit sexual terms, non-consensual sexual themes, or references to minor exploitation are banned. However, lighthearted double entendres or mild romantic humor are acceptable. Allowed: Mild flirty tropes, romance references, or playful/silly puns. Examples: SingleAndReady HeartBreaker99 KissMyAsset LoveBug HawtBabe Not Allowed: Explicit anatomy, graphic sexual acts, sexually explicit violence, or soliciting sexual interactions. Real-World Safety, PII & Off-Platform Solicitation Names must not endanger player privacy, advertise third-party services, or facilitate real-world commercial transactions. Allowed: General social handles (where safe/permitted by platform terms) and non-commercial references. Examples: GamerTag_99 StreamerVibes NumberOneAppleFan ImTikTokFamous Not Allowed: Sharing personally identifiable information (PII) like full real names, home addresses, phone numbers, or soliciting commercial off-platform deals/account trades. We don't currently have a way to reliably erase records like that but current silences can be lifted if the infraction is no longer valid following this update 🙏🏽
But only if the player submit a support ticket. It won’t just show up as update just by logging on the game . I guess they won’t be a notification under the bell or in the mail box icon to see “ free name change token”
Can you now also allowed a club ban button for Pres and VP? It is kinda hard to filter through who goes in and out of the club and some clubs have this banned player list due to several reasons such as but not likited to hostility to other members, scam droppers and all. It would even be better if we can have a button that like view the name change history for the past 2-3 months of one player to avoid being scammed for drops over and over again bcs when people change names it is also hard to distinguish them from their previous ign.
Does this mean you guys are going to let Steven's Harem have their club name back? Inactive or not seeing their club name wiped like that just didn't sit right. The Clan I'm pretty sure has been around longer than I've been playing 11+ years 😅
