  12. So got the update and my refund but I go to exchange the dorm mates and I can only exchange them to the old ones that cost EXACTLY the same as before the update? And Iā€™m still seeing to t14ā€¦

  19. Clear cache between iOS device users and Android devices are not the same steps.

    Unfortunately for iOS devices users the only way is to uninstall and reinstall.
