I feel like the mid-game update is for anyone who was under 100 MCS pre-update. I could be wrong since ATA hasn’t confirmed the actual cutoff, but so far I don’t know anyone who was already above 100 MCS before the update who has received it.
It just doesn’t make sense how they’re doing it. If it was based on stats, then they should’ve said stat range this would get it so and so date and so forth. I swear I think they are rolling it out before they are ready and just changing things as they go. 😒

I’m only 13mcs and never received the update still. I don’t think stats have anything to do with it like they’re saying. Also, the care pack notice is not even close to the same as we are waiting so long to receive the update. I’m already over this update and it “isn’t even out yet.” This reminds me why I always quit this game for long periods of time.
a dev did clear up a couple things: one that the dorm update goes out randomly. And two that they are focusing on the “early to mid” range group first before any other group as this is the biggest group. As of right now as per a dev said they first rolled out the dorm update to 20% of “early to mid” and then 50%. Coming this Monday HOPEFULLY if everything runs smoothly the rest of the early to mid game players will be getting the update. it’s all random though but it is solely based on your stats🩵 (idk the range of what considers one “early to mid” players tho sorry)
