Hopefully we hear something Monday morning. Not sure of their schedule, but I doubt they are that dedicated to work over the weekend to fix this for us. Let’s just sit here anxiously waiting on something that they brought to our attention and has issued out to waves of players. How come they couldn’t issue it out their dev accounts? Or the bot accounts costing thousands? Made adjustments and then fairly issued it out to everyone. There’s a good reason.
Before ATA day too. It’s a kick in the face seeing people smaller than me grow double my stats and fight for my life for tuts when we don’t have an upgrade or refund to fight for them.
Logged in to find my stats halved and the refund was nowhere near the in game cash I spent to have gotten my stats where they were. Gotta say... not a fan of my effort and earned money from parties etc going completely to waste. Can't even afford to exchange one dormmate for the refund price. Doesn't feel balanced to me 🤷♀️
Dang update be taking forever. Although, with how fast people are growing, most people are gonna wanna get a new rs. Consider giving everyone a free rs token. 😂
This is even more worrying considering the upcoming promo. The lack of information from ATA is concerning. Takes few minutes to reply and give us update. 0/5 for customer service, wouldn’t recommend.
I think this is a pretty unfair way to go about this update as a whole. I am watching ppl who were half my size be double, if not triple, or MORE within a week. I have seen ppl twice as big as I am get the update and I’m still sitting here waiting, so it feels very random and arbitrary atp. I can’t hire tuts back if they get hired bc I have no cash refund to do it with and even with the cash I have banked it isn’t enough bc someone who grew to 100mcs overnight can just hire them whenever they want and it takes too long to make the cash back before they’re force volleyed out of what I consider a reasonable hire range. I’m feeling like the 2 years I put into this account to slowly grow it don’t rly mean much when someone can reach my now puny 32mcs within a week or two. There is no schedule or structure to this update anymore. Just “Here is another wave. MAYBE you’ll be in this one and if you’re not just wait longer.” I am pretty annoyed atp, from the start this whole thing has been a mess.
It’s such a slap in the face as a player of 8 years to have ZERO communication with a giant promo right around the corner. I LOOOOOVE losing my favorite tut because they suddenly skyrocketed to higher than my stats and being unable to even contest keeping them because I’m in this limbo of not knowing if I’ll have to upgrade soon and being at a disadvantage of being getting xxT back. ATA prides themselves with how much they “do” for us on ATA day, aka create a bunch of items for us to spend money on it but can’t even roll the update to the majority of the player base that gives them the revenue. Why don’t you put in your time capsule how disrespectful you were toward us 😝
I want to know how some people who have a 10 year account have got the update but they were only rolling it out in waves to new/mid accounts yet most of those mid accounts havent received yet like myself but someone at 10years this whole update has been a mess.
