So I thought we were ready to push the update out to more early-mid game players, there was a massive push 3 days ago where people bigger and smaller than me got the update (37mcs) how are we ready if I'm still waiting? I have 30mcs friends who are still waiting too. This is a travesty of a release. I am so dissapointed.
Honestly, this rollout is creating a huge mess. I get wanting to avoid bugs, but leaving players in the dark like this is just killing the gameplay experience. Seeing farmers unable to hit targets (which is a little funny but also annoying) and tutors losing their pupils because the dormtower update that is split up into a few groups that have already gotten it is honestly frustrating. The pupils can’t even hire back because their tuts are being force volleyed. As of right now the game is broken for anyone who hasn't had the update yet, and with big events like Black Friday coming up, it’s going to be a hard for anyone who hasn’t gotten the update to upgrade and know what stats they’ll end up with…
Did they close your ticket? They didn’t address the tut issue and the rationale behind posting on forum. It’s as though they’re just dismissing you from the ticket platform ? It’s been quiet for a while and I received an email for ATA day stuffs. They should address the main elephant in the room instead of ATA Day
Figures they're just sending people here that are sending in tickets. If their dev team checks forums regularly like they say, then they should already be aware of everyone's concerns and issues with this. Which that only makes it more frustrating to not really get clarifications on the issues. We still don't know what was the determining factors to classify someone as early, mid and late game. We still really don't have a time frame to go off of. The late game players are left at a mega disadvantage fighting to keep their tuts and have no idea when they'll get tgeirb
Continuing...since it glitched and can't edit... They have no idea when they'll get the update. What their refund will be. If they'll even get a refund. It's a whole mess and seems like they're just trying to hush button anyone who reaches out through tickets.
I just came back to the game and my dorm stats is messed up. When will I get the stats? Some my tut is being force volleyed and in this time around we shouldn't do the upgrade or something? Because I can't do anything because I can't evict to the new dormates I can't upgrade because it says my tier(tier9 is locked) I can't downgrade either. Is there clear instructions on what should we do when we have the cash but stuck in new system with old dormates still in place?
They immediately closed the ticket. They told me to take it to forums. So I copy and pasted it for everyone to see. 🤦♀️🤷♀️ quite ridiculous to just close the ticket like that imo.
