UPDATE The Great Dorm Tower Update

I originally wasn’t sure how to feel about this update. I looked forward to it but also didn’t like some of the things I was seeing. I do appreciate seeing the update that none of our hard earned cash will be taken. So that’s a plus and makes me feel a little more positive. But I have concerns still:

•This update doesn’t feel like it was fully ready to release to any group of players. First, we are given dates based of very vague and ambiguous criteria. “New player, early game, mid game, late game.” Again, I still don’t know what these are. A stat range, amount of years played, SOMETHING to give us some info on the determining factors would have been nice so we would know when to expect the update.

•Even with BETA testers this update has had several delays and it is a little disappointing. I would personally have preferred the announcement about dates come out later after more thorough testing and have minimal to zero delays than what is currently happening.

•I hope to see this update release soon so I can give a full opinion on it, rn it feels like we’re still kinda in the dark about a lot of the process. That’s my opinion anyways.

 

I can say with a degree of certainty that the groups are based on stats.

So 5 days ago it was delayed by a minimum of 25 hours, while I understand it may not be ready (maybe should have been checked prior to announcement) some updates would be helpful. Some new accounts got it, then it was recalled. So far its just frustrating waiting, so communication would be appreciated

 

Came just now literally to say this. An update of some kind would be nice so people know what to do

 

For people with T14, we’d like to receive confirmation that our T14s will be converted into the new T11s. We saved up cash to skip t13 for a reason, so that we wouldn’t have to spend n waste cash in evicting/exchanging t13s to t14s.

It would be a huge blow dealt if our t14s were converted into t10s.

Also, everyone is just holding cash and missing out on upgrades/payout while waiting for more news. Without a proper ETA for new dorm update, players are at a standstill with no info on what to do with their money. ATA is just holding up everyone’s game progression at this point.

 

You can report anything in a public channel that goes against TOU or the silencing policies. Again, even if you don’t like what someone is saying, you can’t stop them from hiring tutors, as this is a core game mechanic.

 

loving it on my alts but cant actually see a huge difference bc i have 38 dorms rented on my main and i can’t exchange any dorm mates bc it says i need 30 dorms rented to unlock them 🌝

Help ticket also no help, a week later and 0 communication, is this still happening? New accounts dont even have it now. The lack of keeping players up to date is actually crazy
