They’re not able to as easily change the way the silencing system works if you’re silenced for wrong channel alone and it’s a long silence they will reduce it you just need to send a help ticket

That's insane I posted in campus and connections I'm surprised you even have a game tbh you treat your players like utter 💩 and they made this game for you , you just suck period. I mentioned this right away in my initial post on the chat channels update thread. The other day I eventually got silenced for accidentally posting club banner in campus(I suck at multitasking, sue me). This should have been a minor quick fix from the getgo. Campus was THE place for everything for 15 years. Now that it's yap-only, let us mute it!
Why are we no longer allowed to say TYFK? "Thank you for kini" Oh god. So explicit. Someone protect the 13 year olds genuinely ridiculous game. Never thought it could go downhill so fast.
The last two letters of the acronym for “thank you for kini” is a common bypass of a different word. That’s why it’s filtered 🙏
This likely wasn't intentional and should be fixed soon. Here is a thread someone else made about the topic that explains why it was probably censored in the first place and why it'll likely be fixed when it gets flagged properly to devs.

I think they’ve just turned on an old filtering system that was in place previously, that kini acronym wasn’t used as much then
The immediate silencing for the wrong channel bs is getting old 🧍🏼♀️i get silenced, who accidentally posted in the wrong channel, acknowledged it in that channel, and moved to the correct channel. Yet you don’t silence the people having a full on conversation in student union? Be so fr, pick and choose for what

It’s okay, I sent a help ticket and these mfs basically reset my silence and extended it 🙄 didn’t know I was a child that I needed to be sent to the corner for asking them why I was silenced but not the step holding a whole ass conversation right under me when conversations are meant for campus. So I sent another ticket asking about my silence being longer and they sent a response back that my silence was valid. That’s not what I asked tf these guys are incompetent.
Joke of the day is the word 'reaper' is censored now. At the same time devs bring up an avi called 'Spirit Reaper'. Now whoever wants to sell this, shows up as Spirit *****r. Devs turn this game into comedy. Good luck selling it btw...
You can create a ticket! On your home screen, top left corner, tap the gear icon. Once the pop-up appears, tap on Help. The Help page appears and on the top right, tap the message icon (or if you scroll down there’s a “Chat with Us” button”) and write in your message in the text box. Or tap “Feedback and Reports” and then tap “Ban or Silence Appeal”. After that you can follow the prompts to talk to someone and appeal the silence.
