You need double the amount of shards to make one VIP+ avi but get half the shards from boxes for the same amount of ecs?? Jesus.
Oh actually it's even worse than that. Normal shard boxes have an 800-3000 random drop rate listed at 100%. This is 450, no more, no less at 100% ummmm yeah sorry respectfully this is crazy
There is an error in shop for colors for All Dolled up vip. Do we follow forums then or what it says? It says red and yellow in shop, but green and purple in forums. It shows green too but says red
ATA… respectfully… wtf? Like I’ve got enough complicated things going on in my life. I am not gonna sit down and try to figure this out. Not only our shards coming out so fast and so horrendously expensive, which sucks because it takes advantage, knowing that players really shouldn’t be spending this much money this often on a game but do because we don’t wanna miss out… But then you have to go and add all this complicated stuff? Just stop. Listen to the people that are paying money for the game, care about your customers. As it is, everybody’s already getting silenced for the most silly things. It’s getting to the point where way too many people are talking about quitting because what are you guys even doing? The disrespect to your community is just absolutely disgusting at this point.
Also ATA, this is wildly overwhelming. And its gonna be way to expensive because people OP extremely. Its basically gonna be double than normal shard avis. Plus all the catches. So a lot of us won't be doing this
Tell me why I thought this was a drop event coming back? Even after seeing the shard boxes and getting sorted into a glasses color,I was still thinking “Yup, there’s gonna an option to get them in party drops. I’ll be able to pvp for them if I want. But if I want them right now I could buy this shard box”. Yeah, of course it’s something really close to an old event, just skip over all the steps that make it something to be excited for and oh yeah I have to spend money to participate in it. Really bummed it wasn’t a come back event 💔.
They really are. Like how many times can you piss off your community before you think they’re actually gonna stop? It’s like they keep finding bigger and bigger ways to encourage people to stop spending money on this game. It’s really sad.
For real 99.9% of the comments are negative about new avi system and their price....I hope ata will pay attention on it. Also think the system is horrible..spending on opening boxes and then again spending on exchange the glasses 😞😳 cannot be worse.... That's too much ngl
While I appreciate how ATA is trying to give us avatars with diversity/variety, the approach, for lack of better words, is severely lacking. We do not need avatars THIS often. It feels like a new set is being pushed out every other week. For the same prices if not more. There isn't even a cool down between releases. This method to get the shards is a pretty decent idea, however the amount of money that would need to be spent is ridiculous and honestly insensitive given how upset your community is with you currently. It's like you're spitting in our face. What happened to releasing shards for special occasions?? I used to think shards were a rare purchase since they came so rarely but now I can greatly pass on the shards when I know another will be released within the month. It's less & less desirable. Everything is getting more & more ridiculous. Can you please listen to what your community has to say?
Money grab. Don’t ever do shards like this ever again. You give us half, and make us pay for double? Previous VIP+ you needed 4,000 shards. Now you need 8,300? Oh and you get less shards for the same 149 EC price. Absolutely not. 🚮
Yeah...I was excited but I can barely buy/trade for ONE avi. Everyone is overpricing or its hell trying to find someone selling the shards i need. I hope this is the only time you guys do it this way. I HATE it and im usually always down to spend on here. I beg you to never do this ever again. Literally no one asked for this.

this shard system is AWFUL. first of all, it was confusing as hell to figure out how to even get the shards. not to mention that needing more of a different colour to actually open a vip box after buying it is written in super tiny faint writing. you need so many more shards than usual, and yet get an exceptionally LOWER amount per box opened with ecs. you got away with it this once (just barely) but i swear to god if this is something you are thinking of doing regularly, so many people will stop buying and youll lose money rather than making more money like youd hoped. i spent like 700 ecs and got barely enough for one base avi. absolute JOKE. stop exploiting your users for money, users who feel appreciated and feel things are fairly priced are more likely to stay for longer and spend more money in reasonable amounts.
people who spent money on opening the boxes are not overpricing when selling the shards. it costs like £20 to open one box, sellers are only selling at prices that ata make fair, you cant expect someone to spend 20£ for 400 shards and sell them for a couple of bentos. ATA is the issue. they need to lower the prices of their shard boxes or allow them to drop more shards, thats the only way prices will come down in bentos
And all this for what? You have to spend a lot of ec to get less shards. And now you want people to say extra ec to convert? That is very off putting.
