UPDATE Silencing Policy Updates 2026

It'll give you time to read the rules and try to understand them better, unfortunately a lot of us have given you the banner with where to post on as well as specifically told you what channels to post in so I think it’s your responsibility now to do some reading and get a better understanding of the rules.
You also have the option to send a help ticket about the length of your silence but since it’s been the same thing 3 times in a row I don’t know how helpful that would be

 

help tickets don’t matter here y’all should stop pretending they do

 

Depends on what help you're asking or appeal you're filing. It did help in my case

 

I did it for banned was that correct

 

For wrong channel silences they do, they can shorten the silence if it’s a long one

From the main game page, tap the Settings wheel icon in the top left corner, then tap Help. If you scroll to the bottom, you'll see a purple button that says "Chat with us" 🙏 You can appeal your silence here.
