Potential reasons: You posted this in a channel that is not Student Union. All club-related posts belong in SU and are silenceable otherwise. There perhaps is a misunderstanding on whether you meant a free EC club for Indians, or an EC club that is from from Indians (therefore a club that excludes Indians which is racist). I assume you meant the former but the wording very much sounds like the latter.
English is not everyone's first language. I hope it's first reason. In case it was second, I think benefit of doubt should go to player. Strictness is needed for a clean game but whenever there's doubt, player may be given just a warning. Unless player is repeating it.
Im not on here much tho. I have a time tracker on my phone. On average i generally only spend about 40-70mins on my phone within a 24hr period. And i dont come on every day either
