I am extremely disappointed that I've been told I need to change my username after fighting so hard to obtain it from an inactive account. I've been a loyal player for seven years, and it feels unfair that after finally getting the name I wanted, I'm now being asked to give it up. My username is simply my real name spelled backwards. There was never any inappropriate intent behind it. The concern seems to be centered around the word "moan," but that interpretation ignores the fact that words can have multiple meanings depending on context. The dictionary definition of "moan" is "a long, low sound expressing physical or emotional pain, discomfort, grief, or pleasure," or "to complain or express dissatisfaction." It is not an inherently sexual word. Interpreting it only in a sexual way says more about the interpretation than the word itself. For comparison, many everyday words have multiple meanings. Take the word "balls," it can refer to sports equipment, a formal dance, or be used as slang. We don't automatically assume the most inappropriate meaning every time the word appears. Context matters. I've spent seven years supporting this game, and it is frustrating that a username based on my own name is suddenly considered unacceptable after all the effort it took to obtain it. I respectfully ask that this decision be reconsidered and that my username be allowed to remain unchanged. - iMoan I'll more than likely leave feedback about the channels once I'm done being silenced and butthurt. πͺπΆπΎββοΈ
Sorry if it was mentioned earlier, but I noticed that I seem to have a weird bug with Campus chat specifically, where I see different messages on the bottom on the preview of the chat, and upon clicking on Campus these messages are not there, but there are a bunch of non-english messages. It almost seems like I've been dropped off to a wrong Campus region, but the small preview bar still displays some other region as well.
