Im officially confused- was student union not meant for clubs/in game events? Why are rp requests and rs requests going in that channel when neither are club or in game event related? Imo they make the most sense to be in campus? That makes it very confusing.

 

Also why cant i mute campus???? I dont want to accidentally banner there and get silenced but you're not letting me mute it either???

 

This is a great innovation but it's a horrible decision to make more channels, they're unnecessary. The campus is enough for two of the extra channels you created. I don't think anyone has a problem with the trade channels. But silencing people for posting different things in different channels irrespective of their main purpose is bonkers. It's a game not military regime. And telling people to change their igns without providing free ecs or a free ign change is also bonkers

Couldn’t agree more. And I think it’s also a bit hypocritical if you continue to make these “sexy” avatars. But hey, I guess you want to get your money one way or another. But the hypocrisy at is best here 🤷🏼‍♀️🤣

 

Bring back pub for socalized chatting, keep the exchange, and leave campus for clubs/questions. You split this into too many channels with too many rules.

I understand removing pub gets the wtf out of people to see the update to the rules of what can be posted publicly but renaming it would have been just as effective.

 

Now I love this but just having it pop up randomly today was a massive confusion 😕

 

I would like to clarify one thing.
Update description sounds like student union is meant for ppl who are looking for clubs, for lbh, clubs/flashes/bbbs/raffles banners. However, at the moment it seems like even mods don’t fully understand what is going on, because they are saying that rs requests, gift requests, and clean rp requests should be posted there as well.
Could you please clearly define, based on the most common types of requests in the game, what should go where? Just so this doesn’t lead to a wave of unnecessary silences and confusion. Tysm.

 

I think this is a great change for long term health of the game. While I have thick skin, almost everyone I referred to the game was repulsed and removed themselves from the game after a few days of pub.

Happy to see a trade only chat! This has been needed.

Will clubs be allowed to advertise as 18+?

 

Was going to ask for clarification on this as well. It would be helpful if the Student Union was kept for club ads and recruiting, not RP requests, which feel like more general bids for connection more suited to Campus

 

Honestly Im glad seems like younger girls are soliciting them selves i have seen seversl 12 year olds looking for a daddy to teach her on line how to have sex i find that contributing to a minor thats against the law also more pedophiles are stalking pub as well.. i think PIMD is just being diligent in not contributing to this problem

 

Granted if you use pub for game play there is still general chat

 

I’m happy with the designated selling and club seeking channels. HOWEVER, pleaseeee let me reorder my chats so I can put the ones I want first. I won’t ever be using campus and since I can’t unfollow it let me move club chat up. 🫩 I don’t wanna have to turn off and on the others just to buy/sell/trade or find members to send invites to.

 

This. 💯. Why are you going to change the culture of the game but not give the players anything to keep us here?! This is the most ignorant thing I've seen. They could just crack down on the worst behavior instead of punishing everyone.

 

There is 4 channels of chats now and we still have the same amount of speakers ?

 

We are all confused about this. Theres too many rules for each chat and it's not even clear what they should be used for.

Chat headers should be used as a description for what goes in each, not just "you are now viewing xxx chat".

Campus used to be the catch all channels and now its getting hit with restrictions is extra confusing. It makes sense that if theres a seperate channel for something it goes into that chat, like how pub was before (18+) or exchange is now, but there's too much separation and too many rules that arent obvious now. 😔

 

Where would or should I post future raffle banners? I host raffles 5-6 times a year and would always post banners in campus and pub, but since there are new channels and different rules for them, I don't want to get unfairly banned for mistakenly putting a raffle banner in the wrong chat. 💙
