This is horrible. Everything about this hunt😭 what is thiiiiiiis. Nothing makes sense. And to make this an invite hunt on top just shows you guys knew it was going to be a flop.
Last year around May 2025 near Mother’s Day (for Canada e.g) there was also invite. It occurred the entire hunt instead of only a weekend to match with cash promo (in May 2025) See the thread of the hunt in May 2025 For me, invite in May feels too much even if there’s a holiday.
Im a huge nerd so I actually dig this concept. The box avi is giving blackfire vibes. Definitely can see why it's not for everyone. My guess is its a spin on " May the 4th be with you".
Y'all could have went with a national observation for May like: ●Asian American and Pacific Islander ●Heritage MonthMental Health ●Awareness MonthNational Foster Care Month .... but no.... this random galaxy, love triangle, anime shii is what y'all decided to give us for 2 weeks...😒 AND WHY INVITES?!?! 😪 I'm giving this hunt: ☆ out 5 stars
Well, everyone has their own preferences. I like it – not to the point of going crazy (just Japanese theme can do that to me), but it’s not bad either. Although the concept of space elves does seem a bit odd, especially given how many times the question ‘why elves again?’ has come up. I like the furniture, though personally I’d like to see it in other colours, I get the feeling these shades appear a lot. Stats aren’t bad as well 🙂↕️ And I absolutely love the poster 😊
The little description and movie poster is so adorable! I would like to see this engagement with future hunt posts. Many concepts appear "out there" and sometimes getting it in just bits and pieces through the main and side stories makes the overall meaning lost. Or posting more stories in forums after the fact like we've had in the past. I think retrofuturism could have worked if it was a space diner or related concept that wasn't mixed in with medieval/ magical elves. I think we've had too many random hunts with avis all being elves for no reason. We could have had a variety of species for the avis if this was intended as a May the 4th celebration. Also, my clubbies noticed the avis are essentially reworked Hall of Dragons hunt ESPECIALLY lb fem avi's pose. I do like the avi with the hands on her hips which seems like it'll be side story. The outfit is a cute style. Link box avi isn't bad either. I also like there being actual alien pets through the dorm and appreciate the dorm colors being somewhat muted. Oversaturated green/purple is a bit too common for space hunts. I didn't look at stats yet, but I do expect them to deliver.
