The Avis are nice but imo I find that the quality of Avis aren’t champagne box worthy. They seem like just regular hunt Avis or even monthly Avis. What really sets them apart?

Mid at best, dorm looks very familiar unsurprisingly and same for some avi. Just lazy reskin/changes to pre-existing older items.
I like the furni. However, to this day, I’ll never understand why thinking sticking furni like the mounted Hanya Mask on glass would make sense?
