Hmmm… I don’t know if I read wrong but if you buy 10 tickets, you’re guaranteed a box yet I bought 15 and I haven’t received anything. Someone please correct me if I misunderstood or are the prizes still being distributed?
We will be reaching out to each of the winners over the next several weeks so make sure you keep an eye on your in-game notifications, we will send you a message there when to write in via a support ticket. Otherwise, for the prizes not needing input from you (e.g. non-custom, non-choice related prizes, etc), those prizes will be sent to your rewards inbox in-game between Dec 8 - 12. The non-custom and non-input related ones are quite the manual process for us so it takes some time because there are a lot of you needing rewards haha.

Agree on a cap, but also maybe something preventing people from winning more than once? And I don't mean once in a tier, I mean if you win say a 3rd tier prize, you're not eligible to also win a 1k to 2k tier and so on. I get that 10k people to give prizes to is a lot, but I'd honestly much prefer a smaller number of people receiving something, even consolation prizes, but none that gets two or more.

I don’t want to be that person, but this game is broken, and I want it to be fair, so it’d be worth participating in. When I read this rule (puny brain, my fault), it was my understanding that players can only win one grand prize one time, as in players are not able to win multiple grand prizes (the general prize category being “grand prize” - not “grand prize #1, #2, #3,” etc.). You’d intended to allow this, maybe you should have made it more clear, like e.g. one player can't win two Grand Prize #3s but they could win a Grand Prize #3 and a Grand Prize #4. (Which, I don’t see how this is fair at all). But instead, I understood it as one player can win one grand prize and one runner up prize (I think this is more fair). I assumed that if you win a grand prize, there’s no way they’d make it so you can win again. (Like what if a player won grand prize #1 and #4 - do they really need the grand prize 4?). Please reevaluate the rules for future raffles. Absolutely no hate though, since the results already came out.
I think in the case you're suggesting the devs would have put "You can only win once during the entire event" or something similar. Personally I had understood it as one person per prize type. Though in the future it would likely be better to say like Tier 1, 2, etc. I don't really see a world where an event like this will be fair. Players collectively bough 51k tickets. It's a clearly successful event from the business side of things, and making it "fair" wouldn't be as profitable (I'm just assuming this. I don't work for ATA or know any data on what they actually make). Even if it was capped, I think players would make alts or still find loopholes to winning. tl;dr the playerbase is willing to spend money therefore we see more p2w and less "fair" chances
Yeah. Honestly, felt like it should’ve been you can win once (for grand prize category). And really, ATA’s profit is exactly what I wanted to point out too (because why was there 2 raffles within a few months of each other). But that is a rant/complain that is absolutely not suitable for this thread. I’ll hold my tongue.
