Thanks for the response. I feel like this has been an ongoing issue beyond just big day events and is definitely something I've commented on in the past. Many of us wait for the fourm announcement to get the full scoop of things before diving in, and sometimes when things being released aren't very straightforward (like with the most recent October event for example) the fourm post itself gets circulated in chats and pointed to. Sometimes even when things are rather straightforward theres a caveat somewhere that isnt as readily available without the fourm post, like I suspect is the case for for the raffle participation awards. Having the fourm post released at the same time as new additions would be much preferred.

I think releasing at the same time will actually help the players posting it in the comments then be flood by help ticket. It’s an alternative and should not diminish the role played by help ticket when needed . For example, as you have redirect players to do so for the first 4 hours of the sweetest XC activity regarding the issue on the rewards. It’s harder to know where to inform pointed out. And with ATA team reading the comments on the thread, then you can modify the errors that need to correct reported by the community.
Are you able to confirm if there will be an increased promo at any point, or will this be the promo for the full duration? Last year I seem to remember an increase for specific days, and I don't want to see people wasting their resources now if they could get more in two days.
