So you are VERY concerned that a small number of players have reached the limit, you care so much about them that you even added new dormmates, but the other 99.9% are not so important? That's all I saw in your response, because you pointed out all the resulting problems, meaning you are well aware of them, but you still made this awful update. It's amazing. Every time I think you can't disappoint us any more, I'm proven wrong.
Iβve been playing Party in My Dorm for 12 years, and my stats have always grown slowly. Now the game is adding new dorm mates, but everything is so expensive that only players who spend a lot can keep up. As a long-time veteran, it feels unfair because we have almost no chance to grow compared to paying players. The prices of new dorm mates and upgraded doors are simply too high, and itβs discouraging to see years of progress fall behind just because we donβt spend as much. Itβs frustrating to feel left behind in a game Iβve supported for so long.
At the end of the day, ATA is a company yearning for money and doesnβt care about the players or the community. Every step they take is strategically placed βΉοΈ. One more reason to quit, tbh. And I donβt know if anybody noticed, but their latest game releases are those soulless ad games that solely exist to earn money.

Really? Everyone complaining and THIS reply full of NOTHING is what you guys can come up with? NOBODY asked for new dormates. Plus why are you guys rushing to release new ones when literally 99% of us aren't even lcbc? You guys claimed A LOT of players were maxed when in fact NOT. Usually new dormates would come out every two years about and a lot more players would be lcbc. People were used to waiting for them so why the rush for these now? hello, i am part of the 0.1% that you speak of that reached the cap i really didnβt want new dormmates these new dormmates exponentially ruins everyoneβs misc cap which by the way: we have very little visibility and lack of understanding of; we are told to βexplore and test with other playersβ and now the disparity is even bigger i thought this bf i would have a chance to grow my misc and tb as i thought you guys wouldnβt launch t14, and instead work on the rebalance but now iβm forced to ug even further to keep up, because if we donβt ug we stay behind relative to where we were before; as the new stats inflate too much all my plans and goals were shattered in one update ata, why β sincerely, an lcbc player who was 851mcs before the update
Iβve been on this game for all in all 10yrs. The update doesnβt come as a surprise cause yβall do this every year right before BF, it just comes as a disappointment because I know Iβll never get to have a fair advantage, Iβm only sitting at 81.1 MCs, and yβall have the nerve to make ANOTHER tierππ. Truly no one asked for this and I know no one did. ATA you say you hear our concerns and our worries but truly you donβt, as long as that 1% of players keeps spending money and keeps yβall entertained the rest of us players words fall on deaf ears and has continued to do so for years. Iβm not one to quit but damn does this sure feel like a sign to go ahead and sell my stuff and just forget about the game entirely.
Kinda would like to see more jobs to do for diffrent dorm upgrades the higher the number dorm should unlock new higher paying jobs to help with the upgrading issue not all but some
For the past 2 Black Fridays I've gone pretty hard on this game in terms of spending EC/DNs and would say I made it to nearly the halfway point in terms of upgrading my account stats. I accidentally hit 333mcs which I thought was a nice number and eventually would like to reach 666mcs. I dont actually want to max out my dorm and stats and be one of the LCBC players. That being said, I have questions about all of this: I want to know what all this means in terms of cost / stats in the dorm tower. Balancing is great, this game is greatly in need of it, but it sounds to me like prices and profile stats are going to change. π§ I've done hours of math to figure out my goals and I know I'm not the only one because its other players I've seen doing this who inspired me to do the same. I've also seen players take a different approach where they focus on misc and tutors first and profile upgrades 3rd. If these updates you have planned for us are in fact going to change our profile stats bring back the capability to sell dormmates even if temporarily - or a similar system. It sounds like the entire thing is going to be overturned - which isnt a bad thing - but everyone's personal goals have been made based on the current system. T14 being introduced now before all of this feels like ya'll just pushing the goalpost. It's a clear attempt to get the community to spend hard in ec/dns for the biggest promo of the year, the one everyone plans around, strategizes their goals around, and then once this has passed you're just going to change the system on us? Shame on you. π
Honestly I was looking forward to using all my saved dns to solo some parties and upgrade. But seriously not going to bother wasting time, irl money and effort until the game balance comes around. From what I understand on this post, soloing parties will net you more cash than what it does currently? So I'll wait. Releasing all this content before the game balance changes is really just coming across as a 'we don't want to lose out on my this Black Friday'. That doesn't bother me but I'd like better transparency from the team. Because there isn't as many players needing this end game content than you would like us to believe. All this complaining and lots of people still upgrading. Iβm not blaming the players, more power to you if you can afford it! But itβs clear, time and time again, hunt after hunt, whatever horrendous thing ATA puts out, there will be a couple of people who will participate without much thought. And unfortunately, ATA caters to these people without recognizing that causal players exist.
I would say Iβm disappointed in ATA but I think Iβm learning to just accept they donβt care about majority of their players. No wonder most veterans have left and majority of new βplayersβ are just bots.
The game is far beyond "Play together" and far beyond balance. It's a lost cause tbh. We don't need more Dorms more Dormmates. We need a new Party system so the ecs spent on cats/dogs don't feel wasted cause like 10ppl make the partys go 10min in the future also think about Potd/PPOTD Clubs they'vea hard time nowadaystoo why don't you help them? Never ever do we have "a lot" of lcbc Players and even if why do they need new Mates and Dorms? There was a Beta test and Feedback and you thought whatever lets drop T14 and shush? If you would play the game you trying to "fix" like that you'd know you're doing wrong. 69ec for a Cat Party is barely worth it now let alone after the big spenders rush their T14 UG. 98ec on a Dog Party same there.
