You would have to put in an appeal via help ticket to see; there's really no general response given here as it can be very circumstantial. It's best to send a help ticket and plead your case to know if it's going to work for you.
How can I turn off vibrate? My phone is constantly vibrating when a party starts and completes, when trading and gifting, when completing Extracurriculars, even when I open the game itself. I’ve looked through the app and haven’t found this option.
Tap the settings cog and go into preferences. You can select which actions send notifs and at the very bottom is the vibrate control.
