They only said they'd give us one coin, for logging in between the 8th-15th, Not one daily. Admittedly, it's absolutely ridiculous they're giving us ONE free coin but they didn't claim otherwise this time 🥲
Appreciate the free box. Of course my luck (or the ridiculously low drop rates that are never disclosed) sucks so badly I got a pin. On the bright side, I guess at least it wasn't the lowest stat option of a pin. The monthly avatar throwback box potentially could be nice, but if I'm paying 199ec I don't want that wasted on say a male avi I wouldn't ever use. Picking a gender option when spending that amount of ec would be something that would make me more likely to open a box or two. The raffle, I'll be sitting that out too. The random luck on this game sucks enough that I'd rather not waste my ec there either. Though I guess today overall can count as a step forward rather than the two or ten steps backwards the previous days seemed to be taking.
I just noticed that none of the stat items in the ATA day boxes can be gifted or traded. You really don’t want your free to play or low spending players to have any of these ATA day exclusive items do you? 😅 The free box is nice, don’t get me wrong. But you’re taking our money and giving us crumbs in return. 🤷🏻♀️
I find it worth noting for the legacy Avatar boxes, 3 of the avis are already ones y'all brought back in the FIRST Ata day. (At a reduced price too, cheaper than 199 ecs that's for sure.) And the Avatars are completely random? Fit absolutely no theme at all with some of them barely even being a year old 😂 Thanks for reusing avatars for the third time though, I guess.
Also the free Ata day box IS still useless when they're 1. Not tradeable & 2. Most of the stat items aren't. So free to play players have no chances of getting the stats they want, some people may view a free ata box as a small "win" or act of kindness but it isn't while you're still finding ways to disrespect us. Hope you actually listen to us one day
Finally just a positive post here.... Thanks for making the Downey coins one per day. One more tiny step in the right direction.
😭 I will forever advocate for boxes dropping something else when they drop the smallest thing, like stickers in this case. Or pimd crates only giving a dn. Lucky boxes giving lite boxes. It's pure disappointment. And with the stats being locked from these boxes, not being able to trade/buy the items you want but don't get sucks as well.
You're correct, Nimmie. But this wasn’t super clear from the start and also wasn’t in the spirit of ATA Day so we’ve now made it 1 free Downey coin per day, with 2 going out today as we missed yesterday. We apologize for all the confusion there, and appreciate the feedback and questions.
Personally I love the monthly avi legacy boxes, but I agree that they shouldn't have brought back ones that are in previous legacy boxes.
