While it's nice that SOMEONE from ATA commented (still insane it's you but whatever) the fact that you all only care enough to comment and make changes is when people discuss boycotting and you all losing money is very telling. You all wouldn't be in this situation if you'd listened to feedback about this in the first place—and before anyone says well they're listening now—it shouldn't have taken this long. It should not take being threatened with boycotts in a recession for them to attempt to change and we all know they won't be consistent with it. They'll do the bare minimum to give their glazers something to point to but that's it. Again the fact that they're saying well check over the next few days for free things to keep up engagement is already pathetic. But let's see what little free "rewards" they'll come up with—my money is lite boxes
While it's nice to see someone from ATA address things, it's just empty words at this point until there's action to back it up. The "Oops this didn't land how we meant it to" after outrage is old already at this point. While I would love to be optimistic, it's kinda hard to with the way things have gone.
Please remember we are upset about the box being non tradable AND the stats inside the box being non tradable. I’m a bit sick of non tradable stats and I know a lot of other people are too. I don’t want cute things gatekept 😔
Honestly adressing the issue is a good start, but noone is going trust this at this point. We need to see actions backing this up. Ol There was ton of feedback and suggestion given over the years, here in forums, on discords server and even in a tickets and none of it seems to be used or done
I would like to retract my statement. If you also have any free stats incoming at any point and the weekend promo is 3x or above ill give you guys a pass.

They really are. Logging in here daily for ata day a coin. Logging in Daily in SC gems and small furni. Here though they are throwing so much out for ATA day but it’s so much of nothing. Or so much $$$$.
Just want to note on this part, Marcie is a community manager and previously was the one of the main active devs on PIMD in at least around the 2017-2020 era. I assume she's back to being on the community team for PIMD (probably was working on their other apps in the meantime) and will likely be one of the main devs you'll see giving out statements and replying to feedback from now on since that is specifically her position at ATA. It appears since was reintroduced to the PIMD team around mid August.
I will say I really like the free avatars, and having players need to gift them to each is a cool and easy way to encourage community interaction.
For a game trying to make it about celebrating and valuing their players, if anyone is free to play they won’t get anything really at all while you have to spend money to get anything.. sad just shows you just want our money and not caring much about your player base who are free to play and your spenders
THIS THIS A HUNDRED TIMES THIS I seriously need yall to LOCK IN and hold ATA accountable for not disclosing probabilities on their boxes. The arbitrary Rare, Super Rare, & Ultra Rare is NOT ADEQUATE BECAUSE THEY CAN CHANGE THE ACTUAL PROBABILITIES WHENEVER THEY PLEASE without moving the items from their respective categories.
