ATA should let folks reset stats like they used to for these type of folks. What’s it called when you used to be able to sell your dorm people back ? Charge them 1,000ec per reset.
If people weren't evicting to, be overpowered in their range they would allow it. Most that resets were terrorizing noobs. I'm guilty, but I was long go when that change came about lol.
