For ages ive wanted to build a home gym. And in the home i get im 100% dedicating a space just for that. BUT space is limited. Currently i have: Tredmill 1 set of dumbells 1 kettlebell Skipping rope Resistance bands For wants im wanting to get: Barbell and plates Adjustable bench (to be able to have it incline, flat and decline for multi purpose use) Rowing machine (maybe) I also want something universal for as much muscle groups as possible. When i was able to go to the gym i fell in love with the fly machine for chest and back flys, so something similar would be great, but i want something that can do MORE then that as i will only have space for 1 'big machine' that isnt to tall. What should i consider getting? Both for what i said above and also maybe other small things that are good to add.
Im still a gym noob. Every time i entered it was just 5mins minimum on bike then what do i feel like doing. And just going to those machines and doing the thing. I dont know what most shit is called. And i dont really care about needing to know. I just wanna get my body good
