I’ve been a club VP Now for just a little while and at first our club was kicking these parties. But then all at once everyone went in active and now we can not defeat a party at all. We are trying all we know to do to get it back again. Any advice? Ayesha Cozy Home
Try asking any active members if they could assist in being a fellow admin. If they decline, I would suggest still sending them a club banner to help recruit. Also post regularly in CA and club chat for aid in recruiting. You could also directly tell wc you're seeking admin as well. Generally always make sure a party is going even if it's just fake art for lite boxes unless you and your admin team agree to having a party break at the least active hours(post it on club wall if you decide to have one). For a club really struggling, party gaps of 10-30 min aren't so bad. Just communicate when a party ought to be started and speed up party start as needed. Asking club chat if anyone is online to hit is a good check in to minimize/prevent party fails in history. You could ask other clubs if they wish to merge. Let them know how many people you expect to bring and whether they can reasonably meet new terms you and the other club agree to (activity requirement, stats/upgrade requirement, etc). Be realistic with them since if you're the one asking for one, they're somewhat doing you a favor. I'm too tired to think of more things atm, but hopefully I shared some ideas you could work with. Grow your own members. Find new players that are upgrading and help them. Volley them and tell them how to upgrade. Explain about max plunder. Give them stat gifts and help them get some furniture. Make them party jockeys and teach them how to know what party to start.
