Happy Holidays, everyone! My favorite holiday memory was when my grandparents were still alive. Every year we would go to their little townhouse and the family would all get together. We would eat ham, and turkey.. my grandpa would always put out celery with cream cheese, which was my absolute favorite snack. After everyone ate their dinner, we all opened our presents. It feels so long ago. The holidays haven't been the same since they've passed away. My grandpa always went all out for Christmas. He would put up this beautiful tree with frosted white tips, to look like snow. And he had the prettiest glass ornaments that reflected all the colors of the lights. He had these big wooden and glass cabinets that he would put a layer of white fabric to look like snow and a ton of little Christmas houses and tiny figurines playing in the snow. Each year it was the same but I was never any less fascinated by all of his decorations and effort he put into everything. I wish I could go back and relive those memories just one more time. It was beautiful and will forever remain in my mind. π
My favorite holiday memory was Christmas last year. I was struggling really bad financially with the passing of my grandmother and then having to get a new car and other things that kept popping up I couldn't really afford Christmas for my kiddos. I had expressed frustration to a coworker about certain things and she went above and beyond and got my "coach" involved my coach got the whole store involved and they went all out and provided Christmas for myself and my kids. It was such a blessing because I had no idea how I was going to provide Christmas for them otherwise
My favourite Holiday memory has definitely got to be Christmas during quarantine. While social distancing and being isolated from the world, I was not expecting for there to be any celebration or holiday enjoyment. However, a couple of my friends and I streamed some Christmas movies together virtually, while sipping on some hot chocolate in warm fuzzy blankets. It was a really comforting time, to be connected to my loved ones during the holiday season, even when in isolated moments. And although it was as simple as watching a couple movies together and rejoicing the holiday spirit in our own homes, it created the idea of togetherness and thatβs why itβs my favourite holiday memory π©·

My favorite holiday moment would be Christmas , Last Christmas we had to spend it at my grandma's house the whole family wanted to go out with friends but we decided we gonna spend it with grandma because it was gonna be her first Christmas without him Sadly , We helped with cooking roasted chicken and a lot of pies and cookies. After eating we watched a Christmas Film ( Home Alone 2 ) with our hot chocolate and snacks and after the film we surrounded grandma and gave her a huge painting of grandpa and grandma as Christmas gift and she went emotional and cried but it was tears of happiness which made us all cry it was a beautiful moment. Wished i could spend Christmas with my Grandma again but she's in heaven now with grandpa .
Thank you mods, I was able to open a box and gift a long time friend. Happy holidays all π«Άπ»β¨οΈ
