  1. Idk where the fuck to even look for this so asking here.

My phone has started glitching out weird as fuck. Most the time it works perfectly fine. But then from time to time...I will send a text message to someone. And it says it sent. But they never receive it. And now also yesterday I found its also been happening the other way around as well. My boss sent me a text. But i never received it.

Anyone know what might be happening? Can it be fixed or is my phone fuckd? Coz that shit made me and my crew over 1hr late for where we needed to be coz i didnt know needed to start earlier then usual which fuckd alot of shit up for everyone and i dont know if ive now also missed other important texts that i will never know about

  2. How old is your phone?

  3. Idk i think 3-4yrs. Model wise its older. I got it brand new from the shop but i dont buy latest model stuff

  4. I am a certified apple and android repair technician, what kind of phone do you have? I can MAYBE give you some things you can try on your own before you look for other options.

  5. Samsung a03s. Or some shit like that

  6. Noted.

Here are some tricks you can try with the A03S, although, I would recommend looking at another device. The AO3S is honestly one of the worst budget phones for those who don’t want to use a smartphone for more than basic mobile games and functionality. I would suggest if you stick with the A series, move to an A32 or A55.

Anyway, here are some things to try.

1.) Clear the cache on your messaging app. Unfortunately with Android message apps, they are not really programmed directly INTO the phone but work as a 3rd party app. Clearing the cache can help.

2.) You can attempt to go to your providers local store and see if they can swap the SIM card out, assuming you are using a physical SIM and not an eSIM. Based on the phone type and age, I imagine you still have a physical sim though. You can also remove and and replace the same SIM card using the sim tray on the side yourself and force it to network restart.

3.) Force a network settings restart. This can be found in the settings of your phone, this essentially just reboots your phones network settings and connection to the network, which could help if you’ve never done this before. I recommend doing it at least once per 3-6 months.

These are the 3 most simple fixes for an issue I’ve seen with the A03S phones myself. It doesn’t always work, but it does more often than not. If you need help learning how to do any of the steps, I am more than willing to help, or direct you to proper guides online that walk you through it.

Again, my personal recommendation would be upgrading to the newer phones in the A series. The AO3S has had a plethora of problems over the years, and I’m honestly shocked yours has held up as long as it has.

  7. I dont need or want a latest model phone. That shit just for ego boosting for wannabe rich people. Im not falling into that consumerism trap. I refuse to spend more then $350 on a phone. Even then would rather not go that high if can help it.

I just need a phone that works and can run 1 or 2 basic games for when i get bored

  8. I don’t blame you at all, but there are definitely some advantages to the more expensive ones. That being said, I always suggest the A series samsung phones. All are under that $300 range and the newer A series phones actually hold up really well.

  9. Not here. The 32 isnt available anymore without buying 2nd hand on facebook or whatever which i dont trust for phones.

The 55 is about $700 here

  10. Swappa is a good place to buy/sell used cell phones for cheaper but still in good condition. Idk if it's US-only or not.

  11. Probly us only

  12. Just a buy new phone,
