Pride to me means being able to show my true self to those around me, wether it be friends, family, strangers, etc. I use she/they pronouns and identify as bisexual and demisexual🖤 I hope publicly being open about who i am can atleast impact one person and make them comfortable to show their true self as well. Pride means being a safe space for anyone in this community regardless what they’re going through- to please feel free to send a message i’m an ear to listen, always 🖤🫶🏻

Pride to me means a lot of things, but I think most importantly it's a great statement of how far we've come as a society. And while we definitely still have ways to go, we are heading the right direction. I am also eternally grateful to those, who were not born to this way of things, and had to fight for their rights, for our rights. Thanks to them I can freely explore who I am without the added pressure of how the world will react. The happiest of pride to you all, my loves! 🫶🏻🏳️🌈

Just wanted to give a final update for everyone now that this year's PIMD Pride Parade has come to a close! We've had some lovely submissions shared directly in this post but even more than that, we've received 473 submissions through the form! It's so amazing to see our community come together and it's been great being able to look through everything that has been shared. Even though we all submitted something different, it was all rooted in the same theme and message -- love. <3 Thanks again for everything, PIMD! Happy Pride!
