We've officially contacted everyone who has been selected to move onto Stage Two! If you've been selected to move on, you should have a ticket from us with next steps. If you don't have a ticket from us, that means you did not make it to Stage Two. Thanks everyone 💚 Before We Get Started Before applying, please be sure to read our Moderator Application FAQ! The Details We're now in the process of looking for moderators to join our current team! The first round of hiring is going on via a pop-up survey that everyone will receive within the game. Most particularly, you will have a greater chance of joining the ranks if you are from the following regions: ☞ Europe ☞ South-Southeast Asia ☞ Australia We are also looking for players available at the following times: ☞ Late night to early morning GMT–8 (US campus) ☞ Late night to early morning GMT+8 (Asian campus) It would also be super helpful if you can speak: ☞ Indian dialects ☞ Tagalog/Filipino ☞ Arabic APPLICATIONS WILL CLOSE ON FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 23rd AT 12PM PST. FAQ I know someone who is perfect for the job! How can I refer them to you? If you know a player who would be a great moderator, please direct them to this forum post! And of course, if you're interested in applying yourself, be our guest. I accidentally dismissed the survey/ I don't see the survey! What do I do? Applications are open via a pop-up survey that you should all be getting in the game. If you accidentally dismiss the survey, or you don't see it, no worries! Wait a few days and it'll appear for you again. If you don't see the survey and it's been at least 5 days, send us a help ticket and we can get you supported 🙂 Will reaching out to ATA via a help ticket help my chances of being hired? We appreciate the enthusiasm, but unfortunately not my friend! Please do not reach out to us separately about your application, and please do not try to apply via a help ticket either. How and when will I know if I've been selected to move forwards in the hiring process? We don't have a set date for when we'll reach out to players who have been selected to move up in the hiring process. That being said, we will make an announcement and contact players as soon as we can! Please do not reach out to us inquiring about your application status - this will only slow us down.
