I've been over this a hundred times with them and now I'm saying it here. I had an alt. I bound it to my email. Log in and out for almost a week. I logged into the rs to buy an avatar. Then it updated. After the update I couldn't use the email to log in. I checked and it said it wasn't attached. I've answered all the questions but because of either the update corrupting the data or someone hacked in and changed it. The last place it was logged in at was different. And Ata won't help me.
