I use aquaphor, but tonight I will be using benadryl topical cream instead as I've got poison ivy atm.
If you are already dry I would avoid anything that's gonna create an agressive occlusive barrier (your gonna wanna use something that let's your skin breathe and still absorb natural moisture from the air, so avoid ingredients like coconut oil, lanolin or petroleum jelly. Humectant ingredients will work like a magnet to draw more water molecules to your skin so that would be like hyaluronic acid, honey, or glycerin. I like The Ordinarys Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA but CeraVe is generally good too (it's got petroleum but less than other popular ones)
