ATA/ Ticket

  1. How long does it usually take ATA to respond to a ticket? I haven’t heard anything since saturday...
     
  2. Depends how many people have sent in tickets and how long each one takes to sort out. Just wait its all you can do. It can take anywhere between 5 mins and 5+ days

  3. You can always reply again, sometimes I find that helps it get answered. Just a "." or something, or "Hey, I'm still having this issue!"

    Just don't say something rude or annoyingly impatient like "Why haven't you guys answered me?!?!" lol.

  4. I think if you buy some extra credits they might respond faster. Go for that $99 pack I say

  6. It can take time for Support to respond to a ticket depending on the time and severity of the issue. Please continue being patient!
