Eating healthy i seem to be averaging 500-800 calories a day then eating shit food to get more calories in. But even then the most i seem to get lately is 1800 with eating shit food ontop of my normal food. My thingy says i should be aiming for 2500 a day so im like way off 😶 Gimme some healthy food ideas that has higher calories
Btw im not counting calories and its not exact but it helps give me a idea on if im on target or need to do more mostly coz i get distracted n then forget to eat so it helps see if im eating enuf
Big bowl of cereal or a handful of slices of toast Fruit and water Sandwich with 3+ toppings, fruit, chocolate Carrot/cucumber (cut into sticks if you like) and yoghurt Decent amount of meat, a heap of rice/pasta, some salad, stirfried, or roast vegetables.
Personally, I usually go with things like: - hummus and veggies or kettle cooked/baked chips - chicken stir fry (you can put tons of things in this and make up for lost calories with chicken, rice, etc) - smoothies or smoothie bowls with granola - yogurt (personally I go with Greek yogurt) with fruit/granola (or both) they’re pretty generic, but depending on what you get, it can be healthy but with some bulk calories without too many add ins
