Oh! I was wondering because I was trying to find out if I would have to spend more then 199 ecs on the story
199 ECs will get you all 4 avatars and then allow you a second playthrough to get all 4 of the other gender avatars. So technically you can get all 8 avatars in the pass if you have enough time.

Just wanna know if your done with female ava and on the male ava will you also get the same rewards or just the avatars?
All of the same rewards, as typical for the story passes that contain replays. You will just get the avatars that you didn't get out of the boxes on your first playthrough.
so does our choices actually matter when it comes to getting the Avatars or just the difficulty of the quests to get them?
So far it seems like it doesn't really matter what the choices are (aside from the initial choice of what avis you want to collect of course.) But so far they all lead to the avis, some choices just have different quests than others. And even then I'd say it's more of a preference thing than a difficulty thing. For instance I preferred the pvp task over the task to use the spinner.
