Our club bank was on a cloning app and now pimd is not working on it. We haven't linked the account to an email. We have 50+ bentos there. Anyone knows a fix for this?
Have you tried updating both pimd and the cloning app? That happened to someone I know recently but it wasn't a club bank thankfully. I'm not sure what else you could do. I don't think the devs could help you recover it without an email. You should always link every account to an email to be safe :/ I hope y'all can figure it out.
Send help ticket explaining it. Ata will get you to anser some questions to prove its your acc. Then they will link it to a email you give them. It HAS to be different to other accs you use otherwise you will lose access to the other acc the email is linked to. 1 email address per acc. Always link accs you want to keep
