Okay, I honestly don't get why ATA feels the need to keep us from gifting when we're silenced. I mean what are we gonna do? Gift mean gifts? Write something rude with the gift? We have like 90(?) characters to put in that space including spaces & punctuation. Plus emojis take up 2 characters. Soooo 🤔 Another thing. If ATA keeps changing the reason you were silenced, should you really be silenced? Cause for me, they went from the reason being "posting comments with the intent of harming somebody's reputation" to profanity to "intent to harass". All of which is invalid. There was no intention of harming anyone's reputation, people use profanity non-stop and use tricks like putting an accent sign over letters to get away with their profanity, and lastly, there was zero intention of harassing. I just told somebody to stop being inconsiderate towards people with mental illnesses & gave her the same energy that she gave me. Yet they decided to silence me for a month. In conclusion, ATA makes dumb decisions when it comes to silencing. No I do not take criticism 😀✋
Sounds like you also don't learn from your mistakes *sips tea* Silences are done at the discretion of the mod/dev who did it, and it's not always the same mod/dev who silences you every time. Just be good? Also, is this a question, feedback, or a rant?
2 things. You can use trade feature in pm when silenced. Yes you cannot send gifts while silenced because of the ability to put messages in them. Slurs and other offensive stuff can be put in there in way less than 90 characters. Emojis and stuff that refer to their insecurities, bringing them back to whatever was going on. Even an emoji of a monkey or demon can be offensive if sent depending on context. So I don't grt your point about the character limit. Don't return their energy. It is hard to do sometimes but if they have stepped over the line, don't go with them. It isn't a good enough excuse.

there’s plenty of people who will send “mean” messages via gifts, such as the person so called me a dumb c u next Tuesday via gifts. Maybe don’t break TOS 🤷🏼♀️
