Yes. I assume the "Super Rare" are the typical 2nd set of avis from the 3rd side story, and 4th side story.
I see how it's pushing players to finish the side stories hunt. As an established player with many avatars and the ability/knowledge of how to finish a hunt, I'm not too bothered by it for my own gameplay. Upon some reflection, I do see how this could viewed as more discouraging to newer players who have not yet collected an avatar they like in the gender of their preference; however, I also think that this would make it feel more rewarding to collect the 3/4 side story avatar. It might be nice to have a goal avatar to collect that is a little more difficult, but not as hard as a lb avatar.
