So the Georgia peach truck came to town and I have a lot of peaches. Like.. a lot of peaches. Like... This many peaches. I plan on making a no bake peach pie once they get a bit softer. Most of them are going to get cut up and frozen. But I would love some ideas of what else to do with all of these peaches. Thanks 🍑
You can boil them down with water and sugar to preserve some if you don’t wanna freeze. I’m sure they’d make good jam or syrup for pancakes!
I genuinely hate peaches. But peach cobbler tastes pretty good. I also like apricot jam as long as there's zero pulp and they're like basically the same thing right?
You could also try some savoury dishes 🤔 idk what it would go well in but I feel like it could lend a cool sweetness to savoury
