I don’t think hiring admins is the best option. They may just do a few things and collect payment. An admin works to keep their job. You don’t pay them hun. Yes, most are there for the cats, which is who you’re encouraging to come. But if you want real admins you need to find them. People that’ll still stick by your side when your club isn’t at its best.
Curious as to what happened to this CC, as the "next hunt" hasn't arrived but OP doesn't appear to be in this CC -- in fact they are in another. Guess it fell through. :/
Starting a cc club is super difficult, so props to you for attempting it. As someone who’s been an admin for one before though I will say that it’ll be difficult to maintain the rate you intend to give parties at. 70 for 4 🍱 is a long time for a player to stay at your club, and if they’re a big hitter that’ll kill your party time. Additionally if you give more parties for bentos rather than cats, it’ll leave you relying on IHS a lot.
