NCR is spread out to thin and is constantly losing soldiers to bandits and more importantly Caesar's legion which are a bunch of slavers composed of tribes that have lost their identity to them
They mainly fight over Hoover Dam which is source of power to New Vegas which is controlled by a genius who preserved las Vegas during war called mr house who controls a bunch of robots called securitrons. House used robos to take over three neighboring tribes that became the strips three main casinos
I'm the head of new Vegas who has soldiers in black combat armor with black trenchcoats and black bandanas covering their face and aviator glasses patrolling Vegas with fully auto matic service rifles
Ive killed Sunny smiles by accident and i went to the powdergangers side in the beginingg in good springs and i noticed if i dnt have easy pete,sunny smiles,trudy,and doc mitchell im screwed soo i jsut went back to there side i also made it to the great caeser damn i wanna kill him
