So I completed an EC offer for about 1700ECs, which had 7 steps. Of these steps I completed them all, however, step 6 shows as "incomplete" while step 7 (which requires step 6 to be done prior to it being done) shows complete. I've had this done for days now, and submitted a ticket which was closed as "not having enough proof" even though the image I sent was of the offer showing step 7 having been done. I have less than 24 hours before this offer closes and I can't submit another request on it. What do I do? They're about to cheat me out of 500ECs...
Making a thread surely won't help you. You've got to wait till for them to respond.The ATA support team is quite slow because of the numerous threads they receive each day. Wait.
You'll want to take it up with Tapjoy as opposed to ATA. Toward the bottom of the info page on your offer, you'll see a place to request help and they'll be able to help you better than ATA can.
I did request help, and sent them a screenshot of proof that my offer was done. And then received the reply that I didn't provide enough proof, even though I did 😂
Then reply to that email asking them what more you can provide as proof you completed it... Lol. If you completed it you should then be able to provide the exact proof they require. It cah be a bit of a rough process but it's worth it. You just need patience.
I did, it's just the waiting part that's getting on my nerves, it's been 3 days since I completed the last task, and like 6-7 since the task before it that I'm waiting on the ECs for lol
Exactly this. From my experience, if you insist and provide every proof asked they might reward you. If you installed an app, keep it on your device so they can verify it. I'd advise you to also screenshot the progress and argue that one offer can't be completed without the other. Send as much stuff as possible. Unfortunately sometimes Tapjoy cheats on those offers, so it's a possibility too. 😔 But try responding to the emails, I hope you can get your stuff! Good luck!
Agreed. Sometimes it takes going through hoops, but whenever I have had to do this I have always been rewarded the extra credits.
Also a good tip , if Tapjoy doesnt respond to you in the matter of 3 days (or more)... Take it up to their Customer Services on their Twitter account. They respond hella fast there. Just give them your Case number & your concerns.
Check your priviledge and shut your mouth kid 😂 some of us have spent $1,000's on other games, and while we spend some money here and there, we try to do offers where we can because doing one offer for 3 weeks gives us more in game rewards than using $100's to buy the content. Quite honestly, using offers is a far more effective way of getting ECs than buying them
