More effective if you look at forum first and then pick a party that isnt already being tested.

Maybe, but some clubs are too small to take on one of the big parties that are left over, so they just randomly pick a party for a Lite Box and happen to finish before the club that signed up for it. People need to not get so bent out of shape on the easy parties.
