Problem while earning free ecs from store

Do you really get free eca by completing tasks in store?

  1. I downloaded a app which should give me 1 ecs if i downloaded it and ran it for sometime but i still didn't get the reward.. does this mean that i won't get the reward and all the free thing is a fake?
